JUUL is not your average vaporizer.
The Juul Vape Device comprises an indicator light that shows charge; an opening where you insert the Juul Pod and charging contacts on the bottom, that connect your device to the USB Charging Dock.
The Juul Vape Device contains a stress-tested battery, a proprietary temperature regulation technology and a set of sensors that identify when it’s in use.

How do I get started with JUUL Device?
- Place the Juul Vape Device on the USB Charging Dock included to charge before use.
2. Remove the colored cap from the Juul Pod (sold separately) and insert into the Juul Vape Device.

3. Tap device twice gently to show battery life.

We run forced failure tests to test our batteries for reliability and consistent performance at each stage of the design and production process in accordance with international safety standards.
Hardware & Reliability Testing
We conduct hardware tests for reliability in real-world scenarios. These include impact and drop testing to account for regular usage, as well as
long term integrity in the reliability of the products.
The electrical system is specifically designed with multiple protections while charging as well as when in use.
The circuitry design, electrical current requirements, and battery, are designed to reduce the possibility of malfunctions.
JUUL Pod Quality & Standards
The e-liquid in each Juul Pod is blended and filled in the USA in accordance with international manufacturing standards.
We conduct extensive testing of ingredients found in Juul e-liquids and aerosols, including testing for harmful and potentially harmful constituents (HPHCs).
Vapor Testing
We fill the e-liquid for all Juul pods in the United States, where we routinely test the ingredients and analytes in Juul e-liquids and aerosols.
Panels of adult vapor users also test outgoing products for consistent flavor and performance.
Supplier Quality Standards
Each of our suppliers are required to conduct precise testing on the components they supply for manufacturing our products.
We perform audits on factories within the Juul supply chain, their internal systems, and their manufacturing practices to maintain optimum quality.
